  • On Remembrance Sunday we laid a wreath on the RAF Gransden Lodge airfield memorial by the windmill in Great Gransden.

The inscription reads:

Recognising the sacrifice of the 447 members of the Royal Air Force and Royal Canadian Air Force who lost their lives in operations from RAF Gransden Lodge 1942-1945 fighting for our freedom.

  We will remember them.

The members of Cambridge Gliding Club.
  • On Sunday 3rd November, Cambridge Gliding Centre hosted a fantastic evening of fireworks followed by a hearty serving of bangers & mash. The display was spectacular, and the food was just as impressive — a classic to end a great night.

A fun time was had by all, with plenty of laughs and delicious food to go around. Thanks to all the members who joined us! ✨ #cambridgeglidingcentre #FireworksAndBangers
